Nikhil, thanks for putting this up. Also the quote on top – of course Gandhi’s exact aords were: “You must be the change you want to see in the world”. However I am intrigued that she spells his name as Murty and so I am wondering if this is indeed her writing. However I can say that the humility of the man is as she describes. He used to often take the company bus to work in the morning when Infosys had already become an US$ 800 mn company (I used to live in the same suburb).

Great post Nikhil…One of the things I find lacking in other leadership blogs is the exposure to leaders I haven’t heard/read about. It seems everyone picksthe same old executives I see in Inc. and Fast Company, Fortune and Forbes.

Thanks for introducing me to the work of NR NarayanaMurthy.
